So, I went to bed last night and my pillowcase was clean. When I woke up this morning there were four quarter-sized spots of blood on it and I'm not sure where they came from. Cause for worry?

well, as a professional, my diagnosis would be that your brain is leaking. yes, your dreams have probably become a little too excited for your soft brain tissues to contain them, and thus those spots of blood are bits of extreme dreams....
