Top 5 films

Hi everyone!

Today I'm going to name my top 5 films, which it's not easy for me D: maybe I forget some great films doing this blog, I know It's a pitty but I decided to choose only five U_U. First of all I have to say that I discovered this type of cinema during my studies at the University and for me it's very special because it reminds me all the films analysis I did. Don't expect superheroes, action or Hollywood cinema, I can't handle it ^^

-5- CONSPIRATIONS OF PLEASURE, by Jan Svankmajer (Czech Republic)

When I watched this film I was petrified. With no dialoge it transmits all the strange secrets and pleasures we have.

-4-DOGVILLE, by Lars Von Trier (Denmark)

I think everybody knows this film and this director because of his madness. Dogville is a call of our imagination and also a very strange and awesome experiment of space in cinema. Yep, it's Nicole Kidman ;)

-3- FUNNY GAMES, by Michael Haneke (Austria)

This film is a game. It's also an experiment, as Haneke always does. He plays always with the public. With who are you identified?

-2- HAWAII, OSLO, by Erik Poppe (Norway)

Everytime I try to write a script I always think in more than one temporary line, in more than one way to explain what's happening in the story or in crossing lives. That's what happens when you believe in destiny. Hawaii, Oslo is a good example of it! Sorry, I couldn't find it in English :S

-1- MR. NOBODY, by Jaco Van Dormael (Belgium)

Yes, the main character is played by the singer of my favourite band, but it's not for that that I love this film, It's because of its narrative structure and all the puzzles I have made to understand it. It has a lot of readings, so if you watched this film and have a theory don't hesitate to share it ;)

Hope you like it!
