I'm making some stuffed peppers today. I'm using the same sauce recipe that I use for making lasagna with the addition of rice. I know that i'm supposed to use a thinner sauce than I am, but I don't care cause they're gonna be tasty,

Making your own sauce is fun and tastes 10x better than Ragu, but it takes forever and a half to complete. total cooking time for the peppers is about an hour, but the prep time for the sauce is about 5-6 hours. I'm glad I started early this time so I'll be done around 7. I don't think I bought enough peppers though, so I'll have some sauce leftover if anyone wants some.

Yeah, i'm not gonne get into the stupid drama that woke me up, but yeah, i'm awake, and i remembered that i forgot to tell you that tomorry (Today, sunday) we're doing a superbowl "party", well, more like a small handfull of people watching the superbowl and eating crackers and cheese. So, if you want to head over, lemme know.
Game starts at 3, people will be at my place at that time. . .except me. I'm gonna be late. I have band practice until 4, but everyone else is showing up in time. So feel free to come by (call if you need directions because i doubt you know where i live.)

Our early evening of mild drinking turned into a very late evening of excessive drinking. Ended up hitting quite a few bars and getting very very plowed.
I'm so going to have a hangover in the morning.
