• Today kicked my ass. All in all, it was a good day, but hard. My job can be very demanding. Don't let me stay up late tonight!

• I'm doing it tomorrow. I'm going to that fucking bar, come hell or high water. I've talked (and thought) about it too much. Enough talk. Action.

• I have got to get someone to cover my shifts so I can schedule that surgery. It's happening more often and it's more severe. I'm too old for this shit.

• Grails is an amazing band. I don't often enjoy instrumental bands but they do it very well. I recommend them.
