10 days no booze!!!! longest time ever since I was about 18.. been killing time at the gym, running (up to 5M a day), and playing soccer/ volleyball! I feel really good... that doom/gloom feeling that's been eating me up the last 6 months has faded dramatically hopefully it will be completely gone soon. I'm not looking to quit I just want more control
anyway been working away same old same old... cant wait to go back on tour in June! there's a chance I might be staying in London for a couple of months when this one ends. I hope it happens kinda over being home but I know as soon as I leave ill miss it..lol

Nice work ! Its hard staying away from those things that almost become second nature ! Going to the gym is a super thing for you to be doing, good on you !!! Fantastic for the mental health exercise is, as you have discovered.
