So, I have been wanting one every year for Christmas, but I think perhaps the meat eaters in my life sort of over look this or, who knows, don't know where to buy one?

Does anyone out there have a favorite vegetarian cook book? I've been a vegetarian since I was 16 years old and I have yet to own my own cookbook.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
