Another great day in the Northeast, yesterday I was caught in a hail storm, and downpour then almost driven off the road. I was driving allong comming back from Cape Cod and it started pouring, the speed went from 60mph to 20 due to visabiliy then hail the size of peas hitting the car. That lasted for 5 - 10 minutes... no sooner did the rain stop and the road was dry this car went from the middle lane right across in front of me into the median. I thought she was going to flip it or go into the other side of the highway... well she managed to keep the car under control and stop just before a jersey barrier.

She then pulled back on the highway and drove off... it was like slow motion happening in front and on the side of me... I would have stopped if she flipped it or hit something but she seamed ok...

The sports nutrition seminar was great, learned a lot about muscle recovery, optimal performance and keeping a higher level of energy all the time without feeling hyper. My girlfriend will love that one.... hehe

That has been some of my exciting week...
