Sorry I have disappeared from here for a while. I have been on vacation in Florida (Got to see the two loves of my life, my daughters Emma and Ava). So there was that and really just trying to get back into the swing of things since then. Things have been kinda crazy around my life for the last month, but thankfully it seems things are getting back to where they need to be. So.. for some updates.
SPARTAN!!!! That's right folks, I'm a fucking SPARTAN now. I ran the Spartan Race in Ottawa back in June and man was it a crazy good time. So much mud and dirt and rain. I had an amazing time and can't wait to run another one soon. Here are some shots of what I looked like before and after the race!

Just a little bit of mud on me wouldn't you say? Also, I got to hit up this year's Vans Warped Tour here in Montreal. Parc Jean-Drapeau is a dustbowl! Holy crap, I thought I was going to be coughing up dust for a week. Got to see some really awesome bands, and meet a few as well. Also got to meet a little special someone that is dear to my.... stomach. Harley from Epic Meal Time!

Also just helped Shaine celebrate her birthday! Got to hang out with Rubix, Lee, and Alle. Was a pretty fun night if I do say so myself...and I did... so.. there.
Alright kids, Lucha has to hit the gym so I can get a sexy body for all the Montreal ladies to fall in love with.
I can't just rely on my sense of humor and charm can I? ... can I? no seriously...can I? because that would make this whole working out thing less important. I kid...I kid. I like working out and doing the boxing classes 2 times a week lately. At least I can throw a good punch now. Later all.

it's true that things do get better but when you're in that moment, it seems like it never will. that's something i've got to work on.
