Starting tomorrow, I'm going to do something drastic. I'm going on a 30 days cleanse from alcohol. This should be interesting.

nothing has made me do this specifically. I just have my Spartan Race in 4 months. I need to start training and going in the right direction for it. Getting it started sans alcohol will help.
