so the house is wonderful outside and in... as part of the closing (assuming the inspection goes perfectly) they are fininshing installing the AC, and repaving the drive way so it will have off street parking.
now just to make sure its stable etc...
and to get rid of the squirrles... i do want pets of them but i dont want them living in my walls... eh?
anddd..... lets see... the gutters have to be replaced, and theres a few other small nit picky things. other than that.. the kitchen has just been renovated, all the walls are painted beautiful colors (which i may just paint over.. we'll see), the upstairs is very cool, and it has a claw foot bathtub!!! HOW FUCKIN HOT IS THAT?!

in other news.... we went to the Demolition derby last night.. and it was cool as hell! everyone must go to one of these once in their life.. next year im going to drive in it! and my cars going to be pink and have a bow on the top and ill have a bow on my helmet.. and im going to wear a big poofy dress and curtsey and then slam into everyone and crush all the boys hehehe its gonna rock!

um... okay i have to go to work =)
