egh! ...sleepy.. exhausted... working on taking care of me =)
feel much better today...
i cant let myself get so flippin exhausted or i just wig out. i should have a check list of things to make me not stress out like... ohh.. i dunno... eating? i get too busy and forget. then i get tired.. and hungry.. then something stupid makes me sad.. then its all down hill heh
well... at least i have cheKs! its almost as good as lucky charms.

I forget to eat too. I'll go all day and then BAM! I feel mega tired and I realize I haven't eaten anything all damn day. Maybe I just need an IV to give me my nutrients through out the day. What do you think?
