went to a group work out class this morning called Body Pump... jesus christ. it was endurance lifting..and it kicked my ass. my heart rate must have been through the roof. but the good news is it was fun!
turned in the paper, worked out, cleaned my car out and got it detailed. anyone wanna buy it? im selling!
went to work and did a bunch of stuff.. im sleepy.
my body is killing me so i think im going to get a good nights sleep, get up early tomorrow and clean my place throughly. ....or maybe ill go to the gym and get my stuff from the tanning place for FL. i need to pack. egh..
