gorge day trip will be (money willing) in the next few months and then i usually skip july and august, too hot for hiking in my opinion. usually our trips are rather last minute...two weeks notice or so and anymore we're backpacking to our camp. if your interested in backpacking or the day trip let me know.

1. always ask for double. you can always negotiate downwards.
2. after negotiating a new figure ask for perks in leiu of the money you asked for but are not receiving. ie: vacation time, sick time, better hours/days.
3. never be nervous and let on that you need the job. ideally they think you would like the job but are not depending on it.
hope some of this maybe useful to you. oh yes and i think you're adorable.
