i seriously need to find something new to do on the weekends... going to the same bar all the time is kinding of wearing down. but given that the town is so small, and virtually all other weekend activities swarm with frat boys, i'm not left with much to choose from.

okay, my car died on tuesday.
given the fact that my work is a half hour away from my house, transportaion had to be aquired.
so, today (saturday), i signed away my life for the next five years.
i'm now the owner of a brand-new, driven off the lot 2003 loaded ford focus (pronounced (in my world) fuck-us) four-door sedan.
lord help me.

interesting story. my roommate is suing my ex-girlfrind (the onw who caused me so much heartache, blah blah blah) for back rent. i get to go to court as a witness (sas there was no lease agreement on paper).

since i'm a laborer, i get the day off. unfortunately, i haven't been at the job long enough to get the day off with pay. but oh well. a day off is a day off.
