what i have discovered in my first two days of classes this semester:
i have no reason WHATSOEVER to show up to "intro to computers and computing" except for the exams. which is nice.
my teachers seem cool so far
I AM GOING TO BE GLUED TO EDITING STATIONS ALL SEMESTER
at the end of the semester, i will have no less than 16 completed projects. can you believe that shit?! SIX-FUCKING-TEEN!
(by the way, those aren't papers or whathaveyou, no less than four will be on 16 mm, the rest will be video.)

my first day of classes was odd. one film class where i have to rent the films myself then come in and discuss in class.. (our firt movies are dr. strangelove and fail safe.. it's a class on the cold war)... then my second class is on the old south. taught by a southerner who.. seems rather interesting. third class is taught my a guy who seems to have tourrets. did i spell that right? and last class.. well is a movie class once a week.. and the guys son is fucking taking the class. how messed up is that?!
anyhow. glad youre gonna have a great semester. i want my indiana shirt!
