man... what a fucked up dream.
was in an italian grocery in NY, on the phone with my friends trying to get them to cancel a pizza order so i could cook dinner for everyone (i like to cook)... tooling around the store, trying to figure out what to get, while on the phone. problems with people on the other end of the line... everything in the store is insanely expensive... (a pie is like $3497.00, a baguette is like $20).. and while i'm there, trying to decide, all of a sudden the store is swarming with customers on their way home from work stopping to pick up dinner. all of them are native to the area and shop here all the time, and glide through the store easily, finding everything they need, knowing exactly what's going on, scowling at me for being such an idiot.... and they were all holding meatballs.
then my dad called and woke me up.
i'm hungry.
