Got a new truck and working towards becoming an nco! Got to be honest I'm pretty ticked that my nco supervisers are not guiding me in a positive way to become a better soldier and leader. I'm fucking pissed that I'm left to my own devices to sustain and improve myself or the soldiers under my supervision! A fucking NCO is a leader, mentor, and teacher! What the fuck is going on with the NCO's in my unit? Majority of them don't give a shit while the small portion of good NCO's try to develop future NCO's in the soldiers they over see right now! I might not be an officer yet, but I have the mentality of one and see the NCO's as the backbone of the military and thus should train our soldiers accordingly! That's my rant for the week!
