Alright guys i need your help. I've gained like 10 pounds in three weeks cuz my new job has me sitting at a computer all day instead of movin around and lifting stuff. I go shopping once a week and we stock up everything for the week. So far we pick the easiest stuff. So with some help i want to make the key healthy yet easy. So just any snacks and meals that are easy and dont take much time would be perfect. Willing to try a very wide variety so any suggestions let me know
