so, another day.
it finally seems sunnier and warmer, at the end of april.

not doing a lot these days.
we were in court earlier today.
it seemed to go relatively well.

i figured out to adjust my meds, recently.
so the dysphoria has not resumed since then.
i wish i had figured that out sooner. i've been through so much misery the last couple of months.
but i'm glad there appears to be a way to prevent it from happening anymore.
i hope this holds up.

i registered for classes this summer. they start june 21st.
it looks like i will be able to take the fiction writing course this summer.
i decided not to take the photography course. i am not really interested in learning how to use a dark room.
i may try to take a digital photography course sometime.

over the last few months i learned how to drink water primarily.
it seems like you can become habituated to it. and then you don't miss the soda or juice.
it seems healthier and less expensive.
i've tended to drink soda or juice my whole life.

so, i guess that's all for now.
