so, friday now.
the taxes all went through fine.
it rained several days ago, and so the landscape bloomed along the roads, and most everywhere else. then today the weather was like winter again. i've had enough of the snow and cold.

i remember one spring in the nineties, one late morning in the rain. i was driving back from california, and just arriving back home. the green trees were in the process of blossoming. i don't often see things around here or anywhere like that. some of the things that stick in your mind.

we went for a drive out of town a bit.
i need to return some books. was not able to read anymore wittgenstein, so I need to return the books. maybe another time.
i don't know what to read, but am searching. i was going to check out bastard out of carolina but decided not to.
i have a hard time finding things i like.

i don't know what lies ahead now.
i'm still waiting to hear about the job.
things seem to be somewhat more stable now for reasons that aren't very clear.
my health is better now. sometimes it's a nightmare for a while. but not that often recently.

there seems to be a lot happening now politically.
quite a lot of diverse areas. i like it quite a lot.
