WHEW... I'm finally home...
More tired and sore than when I left on vacation....
Lake Powell is always beautiful...but I'm getting too old for this camping shit....
my back aches...I so much needed a REAL shower.....
yeah, bathing buck nekkid in the lake at sunset sounds romantic and cool...but it just not as wonderful as it used to be...
and just a word to the wise... if your gonna sleep in a tent, on the sand, with a nylon sleeping bag...don't! you'll slip off of it during the night and fin yourself sleeping on the tent floor....
The two storms that hit were shortlived...which bums me out since I love the rain in the desert, expecially while camping...but all in all it was a good trip...well, save for my BIL....I swear he has less than no personality...he's damn near an anti-personality...you literally have to drag a word out of him and he spent the week huffing at puffing at my daughter...apparently he didn't like my daughter "taking care" of his daughter... he seems so wrapped up in his child rearing that he absolutley hates that we aren't raisi g ourt child in a "christian home" perhaps he thinks my daughters free spirit will rub off on his precios child...WTF? he is really beginning to bug me....
Looks entirely too quiet in the MYLFS group...wonder if it will get more active or perhaps it is redundant?

other than that, 'tis time to check in on all my pals and see what y'all are up to....
