so... whats your M.O.?
when you come to SG, do you go to your friends first? check your own comments to see if others commented?
go to the boards, or is there some elusive button, where you can check ALL new posts so as to meet new people?
or is it go to groups first, see something interesting, click on their name to see what they are about....
or
do
you
stalk
a user
name?
just nosey, hoping to increase the number of people I know and wonder how it is that my journal will get comments here and there from new names.....have they seen a random post and check me out?
I've added people when I've seen funny comments on the board, or when someone on my friends list makes a mention of another...
someone once told me they entered a word in search mode and came up with my user name after I had mentioned a random band.....
whats your routine for finding new others you want to read/know/stalk?

that would be interesting....
I also usually go to "friends stuff" make a comment or two... I figure if they aren't updating their journal, they aren't online..
then I go to groups.... sgmc, sgla, dangerous curves, sglgbt, I so rarely go to the boards, most people seem to ignore all but the old skool peeps, or rag on the n00bs..
I was lucky as a noob, I managed to keep my foot outta me mouth and got voted n00b of the week, but since then, rarely a omment of mine is noticed...or worse.... the thread dies.
... I lack the self esteem to endure a lot of thread killing posts..
I like to stay in the groups because it tends to nurture online relationships more readily...
gracie, figuring she better answer her own damn questions too....
