Today was spa day! It felt so good to be pampered a bit. It's been years since I've gone for a manicure and pedicure. I neglect my fingers and toes far too often. I'm surprised they haven't up and quit me.
The woman that was working on me kept looking at me in an odd way. Finally she said, you remind me of that old pin up....your hair is just like hers..."Betty Page"
Ah. I was so flattered.
Since I'd gone with a girlfriend, we went back to her house for some dinner and hung out with her two sons who we've lovingly dubbed the Grub Brothers.
Earlier this morning got to talk to Mike a good long time while I mailed out a few packages, including his birthday gift which I can't wait for him to receive.
