Ever see a child that looks a little dorky? Kinda reminds you of you when you were little? (If you were in fact a dork, yourself) I do all the time and they are usually the most adorable children. I wonder if dorks like me that got made fun of are the only people that see them as cute. I suppose that sounds really jerky.

I hate when I'm in a hurry and the checkout ladies at the supermarket feel compelled to thank me by saying my name. They hold on to the receipt until they get it right, too. "parasail? pizzavail? piece of kale?"

Sometimes I don't feel like being friendly.

I mentioned at work today that I sometimes leave my glasses in the refridgerator by accident since I'm used to taking them off and putting them down before eating or drinking.
Had I known how horrifically abnormal or unusual this behavior was I'd have never said anything.

Note to self: misplacing specs in fridge is weird.
