This past week has been kind of hectic. Mike is finally settled in on base so things are starting to normalize again. 
I got to see the dorms yesterday. Pretty cushy ticket. I can't get on base without someone with a military ID in the car even though I have a pass. 
That's gonna be a pain in the arse until Mike's car is fixed but it's only for a week or two.
We fixed my timing belt and installed a new distributor cap and rotor this weekend. Those work great, but the car managed to develop a first gear issue and has started leaking condensed AC water into the passenger side again.
The new exhaust has a leak and I STILL need a distributor to get it passed inspection. I'm just about ready to give up on the thing.
Hopefully I can get it all fixed soon and not worry about it for a while.
Other than that, things are feeling pretty goodlike.
One final question before 'save entry' - Why do people suck so much? I was given a sharp reminder recently that there are even fewer friends of mine who wouldn't sell me out at the drop of a hat to make themselves look better. Heartbreaking really. There were so few to begin with. As jaded as I am, I still get caught by surprize to find how much more people suck than I was aware of.
Maybe I can sell unused trust on Ebay? I have a lot more trust not being wasted on people this week than last week and my stockpile is growing by the day.
