Yesterday I got a nasty letter from Ryan. He was responding to a nice letter I had written him inquiring about his mother's health. I don't know why he felt the need to be so mean, but I guess it was the last push I needed to really cut myself off from him for good.

Also yesterday, Gabriel & I went & hung out with Alisha, Jeff, & Tyler for a bit. Alisha is my friend & Jeff & Tyler are her friends. It was nice. Jeff cooked hamburgers on the grill & they were good. We didn't stay too long out because of the heat & it's impact on my pregnant self. But I was just happy to get out of the house, even just for a few hours!

I'm supposed to go look at a car today with my mom. I hope it doesn't suck. I am so ready to be driving again.

Tonight the construction of the new futon commences. Yay!
