i have heard the same thing about orgasm, as the muscle contractions of orgasm and birth are quite siimilar. my one friend and i got busy nonstop for a few days prior to her giving birth, she was happy and so was i.

The birthing room has been relocated from the living room to Katana's room.
This is due to the spiders & wasps that Gabriel encountered under the living room.
Supports are in place under Katana's room now.
That means a little more work for me, having to rearrange her room & make space.
