Breastfeeding problems (especially at night) most likely due to nipple confusion (caused by giving the baby expressed breastmilk in a bottle) & frustration problems (caused by a whiny 2-year-old + a newborn that fusses everytime she's put down) & marital problems (caused by a husband who "isn't enjoying parenthood" & can't seem to soothe his newborn daugher)...

Well I know there are some churches that do, but I guess you would probable have to be religious for them to help, I would check with the people who give free stuff to mothers they may know of some one.
