ok, had some disturbing news today from my friend at work who has been of work for the last 2-3 months cause he supposidly had a seizure. but in fact he found out it was an actual stroke and he has a blood clot in his brain . man he has to many things go wrong with him. he's trying to get over his drink and drugs addiction and then he gets this. also he has only just been allowed to see his daughter agian on his own the other week just in case it happens while he is with her. he's such a good bloke and i hate the fact that it took this long just to get the results. .

the rest of the week has been ok. i got major sunburn on sunday though cause i spent 6 hours in the sun with no sun cream. i was doing a car boot sale and it didn't seem hot enough to wear any suncream. my bad. i did make 28 though which has got me through most of this week. my dad made about 90 as he drove us there. hopefully i'll make it up to london this weekend and meet some more sguk peeps at the ship or something.
