just finished a 7 day stretch of 11 hour night shifts. so i'm absolutely shattered. but i can't go to bed as builders are coming round to do the wall out the front today 
. but at least i have 6 days off now 
. it's interesting working nights in a hospital as thats when you are most likely going to get an arrest or something. like the other night, we had one bloke have a major bleed while another one had a black out at the same time. there where about 5 nurses, 5 doctors and me and another hca running around trying to get the arrest trolley, running down to pathology to get blood, taking obs etc. it was the first time i have experianced that while working at the hospital. it was very interesting to say the least.
on a lighter note, how to advertise for bike insurance.
