If I could title this blog, it would be called "A Sad Day for Gothamites"
So it seems Ben Affleck has been chosen to portray The Dark Knight in the upcoming Man Of Steel sequel...
I'm not saying today was the worst day of my life but this news sure did make a bad day worse. I'm not a Affleck "hater" or anything, he simply isn't Batman. I have to say, it is definitely an improvement over Orlando Bloom, who was also considered for the role. Again, DEFINITELY not an Bloom "hater," he's just more of Legolas to me than my B-Man. I know I'm not the only huge Batman fan upset over this but I doubt any amount of frustration from the fans will change Warner Bros. mind. Oh well...
In other news, I bought these thigh highs for #ThighHighThursday on IG
They definitely brightened my day (no pun intended). I also got myself a charcoal and pastel pencil set

I'm using them to help draw out one of my boyfriends new tattoos. He has none currently but spun out a million ideas of things he wants so I decided to surprise him with one. I call him The IronMedicBatman, because he's a superhero to me. Iron Man is my favorite Marvel character and he's a paramedic so you can see how that makes sense haha. The drawing is going to be a Batman/Iron Man mash-up
. I'll definitely post the finished product before I give it to him.
Other than that, there's nothing new and exciting going on in Gotham. I'd definitely love to hear what y'all think about the Affleck sitch though. Let me know. Until next time. Stay sexy, Gothamites <3
