Summer softball season started tonight. Our first game was a rout - 40-3. That poor team should be in the other league. They're gonna get crushed all season. Too bad. We've been on that side before and it's not fun, but I guess we turned out all right. We scored 31 in the first inning and batted around for over 25 minutes. At the end, we weren't taking extra bases on hits, trying not to walk (although the pitcher wasn't close much) and just trying to let the clock run out.

I guess it's back to work tomorrow. Five more days until another weekend. I hope it goes by fast.
