Well, the game wasn't Drese-Buehrle - instead, we got Saturday's matchup of John Garland and Chan Ho Park due to the rainout. This the second Sunday in a row for me to see old Chan Ho do what he does. Last week vs. the Astros, he was actually pretty good. He let a couple of guys on, but would then get a timely DP from the defense. I think everyone around here expects him to blow up and revert back to his old "I suck" self. But he's now 5-1 and he won again today.
The game was moving along slowly until the 6th inning. With two on, Kevin Mench hit a moon ball that I thought for sure was going foul. We were in the upper deck behind home plate, so we had a good look at it. For some reason, it stayed fair and went OVER the 100' foul pole and into the club level. 432'. Only the 11th ball hit up into the club level, which is in left field.
