Awesome day today. Our coed softball drilled the previously undefeated first place team 18-3. Everything we hit looked good and our defense was almost perfect. Then, the men's team really put one on our opponent. We switched up positions and everything to keep from running up the score too much. It wasn't that long ago when we were on the other end of getting beat, so I hope we don't come across as smug like some other teams we play. It's always good to be a good sport, especially when you win.

Another day off tomorrow - yard work is on the agenda. Since I didn't do any of it this weekend, Monday is the day. Not a bad way to start the week. I did finish up my hardtop carrier on Saturday with the help of my dad. Pics in the 4x4 group when I borrow a camera sometime.

It will be nice to have a short week as some friends are going wheelin' this coming weekend. We're taking a group of newbies out to let their Jeeps taste what it's like to run on dirt, not pavement. I think it will be the first time out for both newbies. It will be the first trip with my new cage. Thankfully, I don't think I'll have the chance to test it out since we'll be running only 2 and 3 rated trails.
