I'll be over in about a week to try it out with a sign that says "will mechanic for beer". We made some blackberry ale a couple yrs ago it rocked. I think I still got the recipe somewhere. Sounds like your manifold was warped or torqued improperly, thats why it blew out the gasket again. Torque values & pattern are very important on straight 6 manifolds due to their length.
