I'm finally taking a trip to mexico this weekend, I am way overdue. The last time we went was July 4th of last year (kind of funny- cinco de mayo in the U.S. and July 4th in Mex). My friend has a ranch in SW Texas that we will hang out at for a few days. It is fucking amazing, scorpions, rattlesnakes, deer, jackrabbits, african sheep, all sorts of crazy shit running around. We'll just sit around drinking whiskey and playing music all day. I need the vacation. Weather permitting, I might leave a day early and catch Einsturzende Neubauten in Austin. Wish me luck, I am going to be with some crazy gun toting fucks.
