Man the weather has been the shits here so far this summer. Better clear up by next weekend. It's the first of my summertime BBQs. I do them every couple weeks during the summer. I provide the food, everyone brings their own booze and a good time is had by all. Will get to unveil the new entertainment system at this one, hope the neighbors don't mind.
I will be serving shish-kabobs cut from tenderloin and striploin end cuts and chicken, with various veggies. Plus the ever favorite prawns in garlic butter. Probably a caesar salad as well. Lets hope for sun, eh.
