Anyway, yesterday was hell. I spent 12 goddamned hours on Maxwell AFB at the MEPS. 5:00am to 5:00pm. It sucked ass. Went through all the medical stuff and finished all that at 11. Then I settled in to wait, and wait I did. Fucking asshole at the 803rd never sent my acceptance letter. So I'm no longer going to be at the reserve unit in Opelika, I'll be in Montgomery. Which means an hour drive one weekend a month. I can live with that. Oh yeah, and I'm not officially a soldier in the United States Army Reserve. I ship out for basic training on May 15tth, I'll be at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. I'm sad because I wanted to go through basic at Ft. Benning, because, I dunno, to me it seems a little more prestigious, plus it's a lot closer so more people would be able to come to my graduation. Anyway, nothing I can do about that. Ft. Jackson is supposed to be a little easier, so I guess I'll count my blessings
Anyway, I leave and naturally miss out on all the good stuff going on in the threads. But I'm back now, so I can be ubiquitous once again.
And I was super excited when I logged on this morning to see a new Fractal set. Fractal is super gorgeous. Those eyes, they're huge and they suck me in!!! Plus I absolutely LOVE her tattoos. Fractal=awesome. Plus her name is Fractal, and well...I'm a mathematician.
My dad is about to completely and totally financially cut me off. Finally. I've been preparing for it since the beginning of my senior year in high school. That's why I got a job. But then, they did support me and so I figured I'd ride the wave of money while I could, and I screwed up there, I started spending the money that I was going to save in preparation for financial independence. If he does shut me off completely, I'll need to ask them to turn over any bank accounts that are mine, but are in their name because I was underage, and remove their names from my checking account. And to hurry up and remove my dependent status so that I can apply for federal aid for school and living.
I need to get a move on and discover something awesome. Then I can be famous, and be awesome.
My first decree as ruler of the no longer free world? Norway shall be renamed Snoreway.

Well im not even going to get started about the movie man, that shit pissed me off, but I definitely hope the show you saw (or any group for that matter) comes out here. . . I saw it my one and only time a couple years ago, but it was on broadway when i was out visiting my friend in NY and it was fucking spectacular. . . .anyway. . . congrats on the army acceptance, and good luck with the financial independence, its a big step and it kinda sucks, but i can't lie it is also really fulfilling. . . . take care
