Cinco de Mayo is so the pre-cursor to summer in California. We went through about 100 beers, 5 pounds of beef, 3 pounds of chicken fajitas, 2 pounds of chicken mole, 3 bags of chips, 40 or so tortillas, and all kinds of other stuff on Saturday alone. Good times.
