I just found an unmarked CD and when I put it on, it was a party mix and that song was on it. That song always kinda makes me melancholy.
I'm home tonight, catching up on a bunch of things I couldn't do before because it was TOO HOT in my house. I have copied all of my pictures to CD backups, and I feel ever so much safer. Those pictures are very important to me.

That's on the mix as well. I think I was trying to be clever. I started to make a batch of 3 party mix CDs and I included a bunch of Fingertips. (if you don't know what I'm talking about, I'm sorry.)
The other thing I've been doing on the computer is adding things to the Website. There's so many pictures I promised to post, I think I will never catch up.
I spent most of this weekend with my man. We went out with some of his friends on Friday night, and it was lots of fun. He actually got drunk, which I don't think I've seen before. It's cute- when he kisses me it's like he's eating my face. Ha! I usually have a problem with drunkenness, but with him I know it's a rare occasion so I can't be upset.
Saturday was Kat's going away party, and despite the HEAT it was lots of fun. I played poker with Nyssa and Tailin and Clover and JohnnyT, and later had a game of darts with Makler. I really love that boy. It makes me feel warm and happy when I have a friend I've known that long, that I know I can count on, and we understand each other. I miss my Holly, but there's so many other people who matter to me.
My niece is in my lap right now, playing with the pink bunny with the big dick. Is that wrong?

Okay, it's hours later and I'm still choosing and re-sizing pictures. I think this one is gonna be a good one, though... I'm about to post the pictures from Holly's Costume Party in April. There have been a lot of really good parties this year, but I think that one was the best. Well... either that one or Rich's going away party. I think that's next on my list to post.
