Today:
Toast and Jam. I opened a jar of blackberry jam and there was mold on top.
This morning I woke up and heard my downstairs neighbors having sex. I'm proud of them. I've been living here for three and a half years, and that is the first time I've heard them. I'm glad, because I was worried about them. But they sounded like they were enjoying themselves. I think that this is really because my bedroom is above theirs now. It's a good thing I have sex so rarely- I bet that every time I do, they know it. I mean the times that aren't in the back of my car. Which reminds me, I have a new car now... I only had the last car for a year, and just barely managed to break it in mere weeks before the car was totalled. I am feeling like I ought to get this one claimed before something happens. Not this week, though... I'm not in the mood. Still too much snot. And the New Hampshire thing has got me all bitter. I am probably going to get self-destructive and call up the ex again.
Countdown to Gooble- three days!
I am cleaning. Sort of. I have apples in the kitchen for pies. I make a stellar apple pie. I said that in the diner last night and everyone expected me to make a pie from starstuff.
Last night I went to a midnight movie- saw the Life of Brian with a bunch of people. One of these people was an exbf from five years ago. It was kind of awkward for a little while, but by the end of the evening we were comfortable enough. It's funny to look back to those days, when I still had "boyfriends" without the screening process (that nobody makes it past these days). I wish I'd written down more of my adventures, because now I think I've forgotten more than I can remember. That last year before Holly went to Alaska the first time- that was a very busy year. We had camping trips, festivals, parties, that time skinny dipping at the shore, the trip to Boston. I've done so many things, gone so many places. I ought to write a book. Or something.
I am always full of stories. You know this. Maybe I should start collecting my stories to be published. Who would read it? I would. I dunno, people seem to be entertained. Maybe I should post some stories on my website. Yeah. You know this is all just a load of crap, because I am too lazy to get anything done.
Speaking of which...
I just finished doing a whole lot more of NOTHING. More specifically, I added some Travellin' Pics to my website. I talked to Suzanne on the phone. I ate the second half of my tuna melt.
Did I do anything productive? No. Time to go to work.
