OK, my comments for the last journal reached the third page. Time to update.
I have two tests tomorrow and plans to hang out with an old friend for the evening... I should be studying and cleaning my house tonight. But Teejay called and wants me to go to Plush for drink specials.. and he wants me to bring Joanna.
If I skip my morning class (the one without a test) maybe I can go... after all, I know most of my shit. See, if Joanna wants to go... I can't help it.
I will be a good girl this time. I am sure Joanna is too tired anyway. We will go next week.
Random Shuffle currently playing: Pink Floyd "Echoes". That's the 23 minute song at the end of Meddle. It's one of my favorite musical experiences ever created. Needs to be loud. 3,910 songs remaining. Finally under 4,000!
This song reminds me how much I love to take a nap with music playing. The best part is waking up refreshed and warm and snoozey. That kind of nap always causes my mood to turn sensual. The music is a big part of it. I get so aroused by the mid-day nap but rarely, if ever, have anyone to take out my sexual energies on. I wonder what it would be like to have a boyfriend or someone living with me. I know that doesn't necessarily mean sex on demand, but it's a hell of a lot more likely than in my current living situation. I like living alone (with nobody else) but I wonder what it would be like to have a Someone. It's been so long since I had a real boyfriend that I'm not sure what it's like anymore.
Hmm, that started as a comment on how much I love naps, and ended with another complaint about sleeping alone.
Joanna just called. I'm going to the bar now. Who needs straight A's anyway? Not Goob. Joanna is so cute... she said, "Ready, set, go!" and we hung up.
I'm such a sucker.
UPDATE:
Yeah, that was fun. Not a super-awesome time, but definitely a good choice of plans. I am glad I went. I will skip the spanish class and sleep a while before I study.
Part of my test on Primates will be online... kind of cool, I think. I have to look at pictures of monkeys and identify them.
I'm not worried about this test. It's interesting material, so the class is easy.
Looks like I will be going to a party Friday night with some SG Philly folks, and then a party Saturday with some of the folks I was hanging with tonight. I love being busy.
Sleep is probably a good plan right now, though.
