Yeah, yesterday sucked. I can pretend that I don't care about "St Hallmark's Day" but then I end up feeling completely shitty and alone.
Then today I called to find out my schedule for the coming week and they said "same as last week". Which would mean I am at work or school every single morning and evening, every single day of the week except Sunday morning and Friday evening. Panic! I did it last week because they're short a bartender so I filled in. Then I got lucky and didn't have to work Sunday with the snow. So I had a little free time. But every week? I couldn't survive. I was talking to Nyssa's brother and he convinced me to call back and tell them I couldn't do it. When I talked to my manager, he told me I was only bartending and not serving. Whew! So I have one morning free and three nights a week. Much better!
