Update.

I was bored with the other journal.

So this weekend was fun... I had a great time at the Black Hearts party. A lot of people pussied out but there were plenty of people with balls enough to brave the storm. (hehe... snow balls)

Yesterday two people got annoyed at me because I talk about my sex life too much. Not that I was giving out all the details... they just didn't think I should mention sex at all. You know what I think? They aren't having much sex so it makes them jealous to remind them of the fact.

What bothered me is the one guy tried to say it meant I was never going to have a meaningful committed relationship. I think he missed the point. I'm leaving out a lot of detail here, but I think whatever the context, it's really not anyone's place to tell me something like that. What was he thinking? That I'm going to say, "Oh, you're right! I'm such a slut. I'd better turn my life around. In fact, I should stop enjoying physical contact altogether."

This is my journal, and my journal is for venting, so don't take all this too seriously.

Driving in snow is awesome, by the way. It's been a fun couple of days. Even this morning was still snowy! Looks like they didn't even plow.



You know what else? Valentine's Day.

ok, so I'm not the kind of girl who really gives a shit about the hallmark holiday. the candy and cheesy decorations are kind of embarrassing. but every now and then I wonder, why not something romantic for a change? do i seem like a romantic? maybe i am sometimes. i dunno what that means... but perhaps you remember my reaction when ray sent me roses. it was a big deal. anyway, there's a part of me that wishes i had some plans for tomorrow.

but i'm working all night... wish me luck and big tips!
