Ok... what's new? I'm not sick anymore, thank goodness. Although I think my stomach is still a little booze-sensitive because I got little pains last night from some whiskey highballs. I worked during the superbowl but I caught some of the game cuz I was working at the bar. Good times. It was really dead at the bar, but that's okay, I made more money than I expected.

This morning my car wouldn't start. Not at all. It tried to start... put out a good effort, anyway. Not good enough, though. It's still in my driveway.



I'm not stressed, though. I had a friend over and he drove me to work. So it's like an adventure. Just a goofy misstep. D'oh! The car broke! I'll figure it out later. I'm playing the no-worries card. Now I have to take the train home. Maybe I'll get a weekly trailpass so I can take the train to work and school all week. And maybe I'll even ride my bike some. If my car doesn't start tomorrow, I'll have to ride my bike to work in the evening. Fun!

I just hope I have transportation by the weekend because of the party. I get out of work around 9 or 10 so I'll already be showing up late. Maybe I'll bring a guest and have him pick me up. Although it's no fair making him drive up here from the city and then drive nearly all the way back there.

arrrgh.... just wrote a rant about work and then deleted it. Whatever, you don't need to hear me bitching. [edit later: in case you were wondering, it was about being understaffed and overworked and then getting shit for not getting everything done. as simple as that.]

Don't get me wrong, I'm in a great mood.
