it's nearly 4am but it's kinda necessary that i write an update cuz it's been many days.
alaska was awesome... i did so much stuff in less than 5 days. i think the last thing I said was that me and holly were gonna go to Humpy's but it was closed for new year's day so we went to the F Street instead and had tasty burgers. then went to her friend's place and played scattergories, then to another house where we watched a kick-ass bluegrass band practice. they were damn good- and get their name: Well Strung. haha. actually the one dude's brother was in town and his band is Bearfoot Bluegrass or something like that. so it was a kind of multiband jam session. lotsa fun.
next day, me and holly met jakbstrd for filet mignon burgers at Club Paris, then I talked him into driving us somewhere to buy a vibrator for holly's roommate who never had one before. we went to the Castle which is the best adult toy shop i've ever been in. if anyone can recommend a good one in philly, i'd love to hear it cuz adult world in monkeyville is shit. so i picked one out but the store clerk talked me into getting a bigger one. (with more power!) Holly didn't even want to go there to begin with cuz she was all creeped out, which was totally silly cuz when we got there she was instantly in shopping mood. she bought a little garment and I bought panties for myself. goob's first crotchless panties, yay.
after that, i thought we should go to the Bush Company ("not the president kind, the hair pie kind" as ray would say) which is the most known strip bar in anchorage, but holly said no because she didn't want to be there at 4 in the afternoon and also because she knows a girl who dances there. so we went for margaritas instead. then back home to get courtney and my baggage, then to the Glacier Brewhouse which is a pretty fancy schmancy place. we had all these appetizers, spinach and duck salad, and desserts... and mullagatawni soup. spell that however you like. damn was it tasty. musta been the soup nazi's recipe. we gave courtney her gift. holly thought she'd be embarrassed or freaked out that i bought her a dildo but she was excited (said it was her color) told me she'd let me know the results. she's so sweet. by the end of the week i really wanted to give her kisses. but then we had to drive to the airport and say goodbye.
i'm home now, and it's just how i left it. a mess! i'm working a whole bunch this week so i don't know when i'll be posting any alaska pictures. the free time i've had was spent at ray's house, then also tonight i went to see brokeback mountain with debbie. i enjoyed it. it was interesting and heath ledger's character was awesome. debbie said "he's terse as fuck!" as only debbie would.
