Here we go again! I've cleaned up all the ashtrays, put on the patch and I'm rip roaring ready to really quit smoking this time! Most of the people I hangout with these days don't smoke so that should help out a great deal! Now to find a dang job...

Good luck with the kicking of those evil butts. I've actually managed to cut my daily smokage in half and plan to weedle it down a bit more each month.
Word to the wise, though. Don't wear the patch to bed. Holy crazy nightmares!
