Wow, Colorado got walloped with one hell of a snowstorm. I got hit with 42 inches up at my house. It was like ahab battling the whale. I lost power but luckily the old generator did her work well. I had enough juice to have a small movie theater going for neighbors without power. I got full juice back today.
The only real pisser was that the county plowed me in. I had 6ft drifts of hard cement ice/snow to get through. Bella the wonder dog also peed on top of all of them to make a point. It took 6 hours of bobcat work to get the pile gone.
So I got a shit ton of songwriting done and even started a book. That may be a focus for a while too since business is in the shitter.
I am off to philly in June to see some friends play at the world cafe. Lucero and Watt are coming in May. Bout it for now.
So a hot shower is in order and some well deserved sleep.
