Ooof an epic 12 hour session is done......man I hate those. But all is good and my loose ends are tied up. I am playing a show with 4 H Royalty (Zach from Drag the River) tomorrow night at the Lions Lair in Denver and then off to Austin Tay-shus.

Fuck Valentines Day and all it's corporate cousins. I don't have one and therefore no need to celebrate. I need all my defenses ready for texas so no shennanigans. Like it would happen anyway.......

I think I would be good dating material, responsible yet fun, own a house, like to go see live music, I get free tixs to alot of stuff in denver and around the country, I like to travel, respectful of women, I listen, I help when I can, I am not ugly, the peeni still works, I guess I am not bad ass enough.

The kicker is most of the bands on people's top ten lists I know or have worked for. That might be intimidating I think. Or that I work in music and know a lot about it. I mean mastering is not the most badass position in the industry. It is very superficial here. Pity, it is their loss not mine.

I have ink, I have spent time in the pokey, I can slick back the hair, I have all the bad ass t-shirts. But I have a sense of learning from my mistakes and moving on and a sense of irony. Which is seriously lacking around here.

Funny that is why I live in the sticks and enjoy the hell out of it.

Time for a doob and some stranahans........
