So I hit an elk tonight on the way to the store. Just got home thanks to a neighbor. I can say if you ever hit a brick wall that is what it is like hitting an elk.
It just decided to bounce out of nowhere. La La La. I had no where to go with the roads slick as snot.
It took out the front end of the car. Goodbye zippy subaru.
Don't know what is next for a car. I had that one so it just fit right too. Might get a new one and see if the old parts I have on the crushed one fit as far as wheels and maybe the exhaust if it is not crushed.

All 4 legged hoofy animals seem to be on a rampage lately- i had a deer run into the side of my car on the highway a few weeks ago; it hit my car really hard! at least i didn't hit it, but still it was pretty unnerving.
